Telašćica Nature Park & Salt Lake Mir

We set off at 10:00 and cruise into Telašćica Bay, one of the safest and most beautiful natural harbours on the Adriatic. Our first stop is Lake Mir — a salt lake formed after the last Ice Age and connected to the sea through underground channels. Sheltered from the open sea, its water is saltier and in summer up to 6 °C warmer than the surrounding Adriatic, making it a truly unusual place to swim.

Next we visit Fort Grapašćak, a former Austro-Hungarian fortress perched on the edge of a cliff some 160 metres above the sea. Today it houses an interactive visitor centre with multimedia exhibitions on the nature, history and life of Dugi Otok — and outside, a panoramic viewpoint over the cliffs, the Kornati islands and the open sea that you will not forget.

Throughout the day we make swim stops wherever you like, and on request we call at restaurants of your choice (meals not included in the price). Water, wine and soft drinks on board are included. We recommend bringing sun protection and comfortable shoes for the short walk up to the fort. Return around 18:00.
